What is a Touch Point in our system?
A Touch Point in Li2.AI represents each interaction point you create - whether it's a shortened URL or a QR code. Every Touch Point includes comprehensive analytics, custom branding options, and tracking capabilities to measure engagement and performance across your campaigns.
How Touch Point works?
Each Touch Point can have up to 4 channels (Link, QR, NFC, Wifi). Each channel can route (redirect) to different destination URLs, giving you flexible options for how users can access your content and allowing you to track performance across multiple interaction methods.
